VISION

A peaceful, clean & progressive Barangay w/ complete facilities, improved infrastructures and sustaining livelihood for the people who are physically healthy, educated, loving, respectful, united w/ each other and above all, God fearing.

MISSION

The vision of Barangay Kinagbaan can be achieved through hard work, discipline, strengthen spirituals, cooperation between people and the council and coordination w/ different agencies that could render support or assistance.
