HISTORY OF THE BARANGAY

VISION

The residents of Barangay Laca envisioned a progressive barangay, lived with people who are healthy and strong, God fearing, industrious, kind hearted, understanding, disciplined, cooperate w/ each other, nature loving and continually practicing democracy.

MISSION

The mission of Barangay Laca will be achieved through cooperation of the barangay official and the people who have strong faith to the Almighty God, unity regardless of religion and political alliance of the local government unit, NGO’s, PO’s and other agencies on the economic, agriculture, infrastructure and human development sectors.
