HISTORY OF THE BARANGAY

VISION

The people of Larapan envisioned having a well developed place to live with a stable livelihood and discipline inhabitants, to live in a peaceful environment free from troubles and dangers and above all, a God fearing society.

They have a united people headed by the barangay officials that will work hard in hand towards common goal for a progressive Barangay.

MISSION

To promote and initiate income generating projects (livelihood) through encouraging inhabitants to adopt modern agriculture methods, reform attitudes, project and conserve natural resources.

To also seek assistance from the department of agriculture to conduct soil analysis and seminars pertaining to modern and to protect the marine resources.
