The Seal of Good Housekeeping (SGH) award is the award conferred to the Local Government Unit of Jagna in recognition of our good performance in internal housekeeping particularly in the areas of Good Planning, Sound Fiscal Management, Transparency and Accountability, and Valuing Performance Management.
The award was conferred in September 11, 2011 in Cebu City. Just this week, the Seal of Good Housekeeping marker was turned-over to the LGU by the Department of Interior and Local Government. The marker seals the Local Government Unit of Jagna as one of the best performing LGUs according to the mentioned areas of good governance.
The Seal of Good Housekeeping Award is one recognition every LGU is looking forward to receive. This is a legacy of the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo.
The SGH marker was unveiled on September 14, 2012 by Mayor Fortunato R. Abrenilla, Vice Mayor Exuperio Lloren, members of the 7th Sangguniang Bayan and MLGOO Lito Dajalos witnessed by PO’s, NGO’s, National Agencies and representatives of the religious sector.
